CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen, and I always try to be understanding when emergencies arise. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me provide the best service to all clients. At Bare Glow Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest to ensure the best experience possible. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly for all guests. Please understand that repeated late arrivals may require a deposit for future bookings. If you are running behind, we appreciate a quick text or call as soon as possible.
